Welcome to Cliply. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to any purchase you make from us. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Cliply ("we", "us", "our") is an online store selling cat furniture and pet accessories to customers in the contiguous United States. You can reach us at shopcliply@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method.

3. Products and descriptions

We work to show our products, colors and dimensions as accurately as possible. Screen settings can change how colors appear, and small differences in size or finish may occur. Product images may include styling items that are not part of the purchase; what is included is listed in each product description.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax, where applicable, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted. Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

6. Bundles

Bundles are priced below the combined price of their items when bought separately. The savings shown are based on our own current prices for those items. Bundle items may ship in separate packages.

7. Shipping

We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Returns and refunds

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for conditions and how to start a return.

9. Safe use of products

Please follow the assembly instructions, check fittings regularly, and supervise pets when they first use a new product. Wall-mounted items must be fixed to suitable walls with appropriate hardware. Stop using any product that becomes damaged. Our products are designed for pets and are not toys for children.

10. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Cliply or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cliply is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
