We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.
Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Large items, such as tall cat trees, can occasionally take a little longer.
Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Arrived damaged or incomplete?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
