Shipping policy

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping. Orders of $49 or more ship free. A flat shipping rate is shown at checkout for orders under $49.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Delivery time. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after they ship. Large items such as floor-to-ceiling cat trees may take a little longer.

Tracking. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Damaged or missing items. If your package arrives damaged or something is missing, contact shopcliply@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
