Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All US orders of $49 or more ship free. A flat rate is shown at checkout for smaller orders.
How long will my order take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days. See our Shipping page for details.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the contiguous United States only.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & Refunds.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.

Do cat trees need assembly?
Yes. Most cat trees and scratchers ship flat with hardware and step-by-step instructions.
Which cat tree is right for my cat?
For kittens and small spaces, a compact tower works well. For large cats or multi-cat homes, choose a taller tree with a wide base and several perches. Check each product’s dimensions before ordering.
Are the laser and smart ball safe?
Yes, when used as directed. Never shine a laser into eyes, and supervise play with electronic toys.
How do I clean beds and cushions?
Check the care notes on each product page. Most cushions and plush surfaces can be spot-cleaned or vacuumed.
